Kostum products benefit from exceptional warranties depending on their range and material:

Warranty periods

• Aluminum manufacturing: 30 years (Kostum range) - 20 years (Céklo range)
• Powder coating: 30 years (Kostum range) - 20 years (Céklo range)
• Accoya wood: 30 years - Other species: 5 years
• Motorization: 24 months
• Accessories and hardware: 2 years

Application conditions

To benefit from these warranties, you must comply with:

• The provided storage, installation and maintenance guidelines
• Normal use of the product (no operation in strong winds, forcing, etc.)
• Regular maintenance according to our recommendations
• Installation by a professional following our instructions

Main exclusions

• Normal wear, obsolescence, lack of maintenance or poor installation
• Damage related to aggressive environment (seaside, chlorinated environment)
• Natural phenomena (wood aging, progressive coating depigmentation)
• Damage caused by force majeure or third-party intervention

Special seaside conditions: Reduced warranty according to distance (10 years at -5km, 5 years at -500m, excluded at -50m from the coast).
